Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Women's Hockey
If you need to withdraw you or your child from this program, the NCWC Program Withdrawal Form found on the NCWC homepage is required. If your form is received prior to December 1, you will be eligible for full refund. No refunds will be issued after December 1.
Mite Development Program
If you need to withdraw you or your child from this program, the NCWC Program Withdrawal Form found on the NCWC homepage is required. If your form is received prior to December 1, you will be eligible for full refund. No refunds will be issued after December 1.
Group Classes Information
There will be no refunds to any group skating classes after November 20. If you need to withdrawal you or your child to a class, please complete the NCWC Program Withdrawal Form found on the NCWC home page.
Men's Hockey

Power Skating
