Playing Career - Exeter High School, Deerfield Academy, Union College (Captain) NCAA Division 1 (1997-2001). Played professionally for the St. Louis Blues and Ottawa Senators minor league affiliates. 

Coaching Career - 20+ year coaching career including the New Canaan Winter Club (13 years) and Mid-Fairfield, Skills Instructor at Elite Hockey Camp, BU Hockey Camp, and Phillips Exeter Academy Hockey Camp. In addition to being Hockey Director at NCWC, he is the Head Coach at New Canaan High School, and Founder and Head Skills Coach of the Hockey Skills Academy.

Michael Mammone is the New Canaan Winter Club Head Goaltending Coach. In addition to his role at the Winter Club, he is also the goaltending coach for Post University's men's ice hockey team, Trinity College women’s team, and a lead instructor at ProCrease. Mammone also coaches the U16 and U18 Connecticut Junior Rangers goalies, as well as their Premier Junior(u20) team. With years of goalie coaching experience, we look to Michael to teach and support our goalies throughout the entirety of the season.
